Topics

Each talk is shaped around the audience, but there are a few themes I return to time and again.

I often explore what separates brands that quietly tick along from those that feel distinct and in demand. We look at the decisions behind that shift, and how small changes in clarity and positioning can make a significant difference.

I also spend time unpacking the role of design, not just how something looks, but how it communicates, supports, and elevates a business. For founders and leaders, I share a more grounded perspective on personal brand, one that feels natural, consistent, and aligned with who you are. In terms of growth, I’m particularly interested in how businesses scale without losing themselves. Because often, the challenge is knowing who you are, what you stand for and staying clear.

Approach

People describe my speaking style as clear, thoughtful and easy to follow.

I keep things straightforward, without unnecessary jargon or over complication. The goal is always to leave people with ideas that feel both meaningful and usable, whether they’re leading a team, building a business, or refining an existing brand.

Everything I share is shaped by experience, from working closely with clients through moments of growth, change, and redefinition. I care about making brand feel less overwhelming, and far more actionable.

On building brands that earn trust

I’m Alexandra, a brand strategist and designer, and the founder of Well-Crafted. Through my studio and advisory work, I work closely with founders and leadership teams to shape brands that are not only beautifully expressed, but genuinely effective.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief that brand is all about direction. It shapes how a business is seen, how it’s remembered, and whether it’s chosen.

That idea runs through every talk I give.

My speaking brings together strategy, design, and real-world experience in a way that feels thoughtful and practical. Drawing on my work across Alexandra Lunn Studio and Well-Crafted, I make brand feel clearer, more accessible, and far more useful than it’s often made out to be.

You won’t find trends or quick fixes. Instead, I focus on helping people understand what really matters, and how to apply it with confidence.

Audience & Format

I typically speak to founders, leadership teams, government bodies who need support and creative environments where brand plays an important role in how a business grows.

That might be at an industry event, a private gathering, or within a team looking to realign and move forward with greater clarity. I offer keynotes, panel conversations and more in-depth workshops or sessions, depending on what’s needed.

Every engagement is tailored, so it feels relevant, considered, and genuinely useful to the people in the room.
